How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days and the delivery time will be determined by your location. Yes, we ship internationally.

How can I check my order status?

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at musica@concreta.sala.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

• You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

• Original shipping costs are not refundable.

• Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the product, try on, didn't use it, etc.

• Unless defective, vinyl records are not returnable/refundable.

• Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters,
  such as bent corners.

• Certain sales and discount items are non-returnable.
